    I am a satisfied customer. They messed up my order, I complained and was taken seriously.

    This is not an amazing restaurant. These are geeky kids working here and they do a good job at what they do. I will continue to be a customer

    do not put money in tip jars at bothell, kenmore, woodinville, and kirkland. owners keep all money! none to employees. this franchise should close down!

    This particular store needs some help. EVERY time I ask for easy mayonnaise. And EVERY time it's slathered in disgusting Mayo. Seriously, is it so much to ask for less than 1/4 cup of mayo on my sandwich?!? I usually end up scraping off the mayonnaise, but it's already soaked into the bread and tainted my sandwich. I cannot even eat my lunch today. Very disappointed.
    Not to mention, when I pay $2 for avocado spread, I expect to get avocado spread on my sandwich, instead I gave the thinnest green film on my bread. On top of all the mayonnaise, naturally. Someone needs to retrain their employees if they want to have a successful business. Hey, at least the drivers are usually pleasant.

    The jimmy johns does make good sandwiches but the driver hits my car and takes no responsibility for it! Nice hire!

    I ordered a large catering order and messed up big time. The manager was SO AMAZING and helping me to resolve. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend catering through this location.
